Terms & Conditions
This Terms & Conditions Agreement sets out the installation services provided by Zero Gravity Australia for star ceiling installations.
By booking, scheduling, or permitting installation services, the customer agrees to be bound by the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Zero Gravity Australia provides professional supply and installation of star ceiling systems at the Customer’s nominated premises.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a booking or allowing installation to commence, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement. If the Customer does not agree to any part of these terms, they must notify Zero Gravity Australia before the commencement of installation.
3. Site Access & Preparation
The Customer must provide safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the installation area at the scheduled time of installation. The installation space must be prepared prior to arrival which may include the removal of furniture or obstacles. Failure to provide suitable access or preparation may result in a $550 rescheduling fee.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled installation date. Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in rescheduling at the Company’s discretion.
5. Installation Warranty
The Company warrants that installation workmanship will be carried out with due care and professional skill.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, third-party work.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers must provide reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule an installation. Late cancellations or changes may incur administrative or rescheduling fees.
8. Ceiling Height Surcharge
Ceilings exceeding 3 metres in height that require scaffolding or specialised ladders will incur extra charges.
9. Installation Process & Building Modifications
Certain installations may require small access holes for cabling or component placement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Company is not responsible for cosmetic restoration, patching, or repainting resulting from installation access.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra costs subject to Customer approval.
10. Electrical Requirements
Zero Gravity Australia does not perform licensed electrical work.
The Customer must ensure compliant power points and electrical supply are available prior to installation.
Delays caused by missing or incomplete electrical work may result in rescheduling fees.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from installation or use of the product.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law.
